I literally called the day before the event for a birthday cake and Amanda just took all the stress and anxiety away only to replace it with pure joy! She pulled off this amazing Yoga inspired personalized cake in less than 24 hours. Everyone loved this beautiful and happy cake and it was so delicious! I lucked out twice because they happen to have a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse just waiting for this chocolate lover girl! MANY MANY THANKS to Amanda. You made this cake the centerpiece of a happy birthday celebration. Definitely coming back for future celebrations.

Sweet 16 for my daughter Comments: I wanted an amazing cake for my daughter's Sweet 16 and Chocal8kiss delivered 100%. We made an appointment to meet with Sonam and she talked us through the whole process. We tasted 8 delicious samples and decided on a 3 tier cake with Red Velvet/Cream Cheese filling on the bottom tier and Vanilla cake with a Raspberry Mousse filling for the middle and top tiers. I wanted a beautiful cake but was concerned that the fondant would hinder the taste. Sonam suggested we have the caterer peel off the fondant and that there would be a thick layer of butter cream icing underneath. That's exactly what we did and it was absolutely delicious. Sonam also helped us design a cake that would pair will with my daughters dress. It was beautiful. I will definately come to Chocal8kiss again whenever I need a cake!
When was your event? November 2015 Where was the event? Manalapan, NJ What was the occasion? Baptism Comments: My husband and I ordered a 3-tiered cake from this bakery for my daughter’s baptism. The cake was made up of both strawberry shortcake and red velvet. As the main dessert, our guests and I agreed the cake was delicious and looked absolutely adorable! Sonam was extremely kind and professional and also helped us design the cake which came out exactly as described and was ready at the designated time they promised. I will absolutely use this bakery for our next special occasion and highly recommend their services!! |
